I bought my son a gaming chair at a computer store. After seeing how comfortable they were, I decided to buy one to replace my traditional leather office chair. I went to Revain and when I first saw the star rating and reviews I said this was one. I was wrong, and here's why: the pillow is hard as rock, I move and twist every 10 seconds to change pain points. As mentioned, there is nothing ergonomic about it, the seat cushion is cut from a rectangular flat block - see attached image. The massage lumbar support is firm as a pillow, the massage vibrator is very noisy, I couldn't position it so my back was comfortable, when I took it off I had to push myself all the way back where my knee flipped over the pillow and couldn't bend it. By the way, I'm 6ft 3in tall. To bend them you have to push forward, which creates a large gap between your lower back and the backrest. The seat cushion is quite long and wide. .The back is also a bit rough, the padding is very thin. The assembly instructions were pretty good, but it was missing how to assemble the footrest, which is easy to follow and the rubber rings provided come into play. You only need about two rings to use, save yourself the extra rings they contain. I think they'll come in handy when you start using the footrest and pop out the rings when you pull them out.
