Ok it's a good chair but that's why it loses 1 star. Other parts appear to be relatively good, but an armrest has come loose. Not the part you screw it to, but a metal rod attached to the part you screw it into. I didn't have to assemble it, so I know it's not my job. But everything else is good, the only thing I don't like. Lumbar "massage" is more like a gentle vibrator. No massage. So if you like to pretend you're dealing with the weakest earthquake you can feel, you can't even simulate it. The retractable footrest wasn't the best either, it slides in but nothing prevents it from sliding out. Or at least I personally did not receive those parts. The seller seems very communicative, so I don't want to give him three stars. They will probably fix problems. But I'm one of those people who doesn't like waiting to play with a new toy. However, the chair itself has a large base, so it is suitable for taller people and very comfortable for short ones. The reclining function is absolutely hassle-free, which is the greatest feature of this chair. If you often bend over like me when playing games or working on the computer for a long time, you can easily adjust it to any position and it will save your back a lot of pain. Overall not a bad chair, definitely has its issues but personally I'm happy with my purchase.
