Review on Tech Tools Heated Travel Stainless by Vettee Welch

I've had one of these mugs before and love them. I use it all the time and it worked fine for a year. But I ordered two more, one for my boyfriend and one for my husband. My husband was so lucky to have him on our 10 hour trip. He hooked it up at the start of our trip and it was cool right away. The cup was not heated above 120 degrees. We tried my power cord with it and it still didn't work, so it was a cup. Also, I ordered it black and received red, so the order was wrong. I'm still waiting for my friend to tell me if it works. I wish I had another one for my husband but they didn't send me another one just a refund.
