The best thing about this tool is that it has an incredible team behind its development; they are always trying new things in order to improve their product quality! I love how easy-to use all features can be found here - no need anymore asking people from IT department or sending emails every time we want something changed/added :) Sometimes there's lag between saving changes made by us (as users) into CMS side but as far now everything works fine so not really any complaints yet :). We do tracking work mostly around our website performance using Google analytics tools like GA etc., which allows me to see who visits my site most often, where did he come form before visiting mine,etc..
