The product description states that this device works with Samsung S7 Edge; However, this is not the case. The instructions call to open the file manager and find the USB drive. Samsung S7 Edge does not have a USB storage device and does not recognize this device. I've tried turning the phone off and opening it again, plugging the USB drive into the phone via the (very loose) MicroUSB connector. No matter what I did, I couldn't find the device, find the USB folder, or transfer a file. Online classes did not help. Very disappointed.
