This headset was received on May 1st and stopped working on August 1st. Yes they are inexpensive but after reading some of the reviews I really thought they would last more than 3 months. I was very disappointed because I was in the middle of a conversation with a customer and had to drop a call and missed an hour of work because I had to go to the office warehouse to buy a new headset. The headset (Logitech brand) I currently have seems to be of better quality and the sound is much louder. I think it's true that you get what you pay for?
