I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

ph was purchased. summer 11. The first steps with it seemed very difficult, since before that there were only soap dishes that were photographed by pressing one button.
as soon as the photo was taken out of the box, I immediately switched to "P", not for an automatic machine, I took such equipment.

When the baby was born, we took pictures of him at home (we didn’t use the built-in flash so as not to blind the baby)
there were both successful and unsuccessful shots (fuzzy blurry) all these problems were solved by buying a Canon Speedlite 430EX II flash
and everything became great using reflected light!
580 I do not advise buying unless you are a pro and you have extra money, and it is much heavier.

as the first SLR I consider this photo. just wonderful.

Pros

1 comfortable in the hand, fits like a glove 2 all the necessary buttons with settings (as for the programmable menu) are where they need to be and everything is done very quickly with proper experience 3 good video recording 4 swivel display

Cons

the only drawback is the 18-55 ISII kit lens to start learning to photograph and it’s enough with him, but there is not enough versatility 18-135 is preferable, and I advise you to take everything right away from 18-135 no more deficiencies identified
