First of all I would like to comment on the customer service I received from this seller. After having a really BAD experience with another reputable company, I had a totally unexpected GREAT experience with this seller. I received an email over the weekend after receiving a package from customer service asking if I liked their product. They were hoping that I would write a review. I emailed back—sort of trying to be funny—explaining that while I'd love to review their product, it wouldn't hold up to my lab's 85+ jawbone. The package was left on our porch as we weren't home. For some reason, our lab thinks every package out there is a gift for them. The shower curtain had very unique geometric lace patterns after I picked it up from the yard and unrolled it to inspect the damage. Needless to say - it should have gone straight in the trash after a good laugh. To my surprise, the seller emailed me saying how sorry to hear about this situation and would I like a new replacement shower curtain? THE? Seriously my dog ruined my shower curtain and they said they would send me a new one? I said thank you And yes - I want a replacement. This time I received the package before my dog! I felt a bit guilty as I hadn't left a review yet and bought it about 9 months ago. I wanted to see how it held up before I visit again. As stated in the description - no odor like most shower curtains. To date it hasn't had any mold and that's usually the main reason I have to change my shower curtains after a few months. The only small conclusion I would draw is that the description says a lot of weight - for me it's a little lighter than I prefer. But as there is no mold and it has lasted far longer than any other shower curtain I have bought in the past - probably the only shower curtain I will buy in the future. Not to mention I want to continue supporting a seller who has restored my faith in some companies who still believe in great customer service and are willing to go the extra mile even when it's not their fault.
