There was a problem with the USB controller

I had to return it. This case causes usb controller problems when my raspberry pi was installed; no devices or peripherals are working. I've tried several OS installations and they were all the same. When I took out the raspberry pi everything worked fine. The instructions are poorly written and the pictures are so small it's hard to see what they are saying about installing the parts. In addition, the micro SD card is very difficult to access once installed. Not to mention the fact that this case is held together by 8 screws (it seems redundant to me). I have a low profile Geeekpi cooler and this cooler is amazing, I recommend it to anyone who wants to overclock their Pi to its full potential; I just recommend not using this case.
