strong. Continuous. The color I wanted (red). Holds my iPhone. Comes with tools so you can adjust accordingly. I don't know where to put the 3m tape so I didn't use it. Two screws for holding, you can adjust and tighten. Arrived in 2 days which I am very happy with. The instructions are in Chinese with some English, but it is easy to assemble without the instructions.
