Review on πŸƒ Feet Bliss: RunGoo Blister Prevention Cream - 3 oz by Julie Morris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Used a deodorant that looked like a blister strip to prevent blisters and got some of it.

I have used what looks like a blister strip deodorant to prevent blistering and it has had some success but was still plenty on long runs. Switched to RunGoo on recommendation and the blisters are gone, even helped soften and remove old dry blisters. When I ran the marathon, I still had the two smaller ones on my feet, so I had 4 starts instead of 5. At less than 22 miles it worked great. This is a cream that you apply liberally to the areas on your legs where you get blisters. Don't smear it, expect it to be thick and white. I put the socks on when they were a little inside out and kind of rolled them up so the cream didn't move too far from where I wanted. It is well washed out of socks. I was hoping it would help with bra rash but got it anyway - honestly it says it was specifically designed for legs. It may or may not have reduced it, it's hard to tell when you're still getting the rash/burn. This did not affect my rating as it is not intended for other locations.
