Falling apart after 3 months

I really like it at first. I bought it at the end of March and now it's mid-June and the internet is already crashing. The ball joint falls apart. Yesterday I had to remove my GoPro from it. I would not recommend buying. I'm trying a metal ball joint. Hope it works!
