Oh my god I'm so happy with this new VR15 remote control for my Vizio E421VO TV! At first I was sure that it was defective and wrote to the seller. Hours later, he responded with suggestions on how to "make it work." I put in new alkaline batteries. Did not help! I checked the polarity of the batteries. Again it didn't work! But his third offer was straight to the point! When I "tap lightly on the bottom of the remote to make sure the batteries were connected to the springs", the remote instantly connected to my TV as if by magic and all the buttons worked perfectly! The buttons are well marked, easy to press and it feels good in my hand. Thanks for a great product at a great price!
