I'm a US soldier and currently in Afghanistan. My team loves to play volleyball together, but as soon as the sun sets behind the mountains, it's nearly impossible to see the ball coming at you. We ended up getting a Night Match volleyball and it was the greatest thing that ever happened to our FOB. Unfortunately, it was also the greatest thing to ever happen to one of our military working dogs. He saw it bouncing in the dark, and immediately went into seek and destroy mode! In about 2 seconds our ball was in two pieces. I'm not lying; a dog ate our volleyball. It was a sad day on the FOB. The next day we ordered a new Night Match volleyball. Unfortunately, when that ball arrived, it was malfunctioning.I emailed Night Match customer service and explained the situation. Without hesitation, they mailed me a new volleyball. I actually couldn't believe it. I've worked with a lot of customer service departments over the years, and I've never had such an easy time getting a replacement. I can honestly say that I think this was the best interaction I've ever had with a customer service representative.The new volleyball is perfect and we're back to playing the night away! You won't regret it!
