I had an issue where I changed my camera's IP address and couldn't log in again to set it up. I contacted Zosi Technology support via Facebook messenger to resolve this issue. They worked endlessly together with my knowledge of how to set them up myself and we solved this problem. I was then asked to write a review of their support, to which I agreed. After agreeing to write a review I was asked 4 times on instant messengers how I was doing, if I had any problems and so on. In short, the support for this product is great, but don't settle for a support check unless that's what you intend to do. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
