The Techmatte replacement cap and charging adapter for our Apple Pencil arrived quickly and is a well made product that matches the original accessory that came with the pen (our original had jumped ) . The lid and adapter actually contain improvements over the originals. Both parts have an extra small loop that you can use to attach them to your pen and charging cable so they don't get lost. This small tether is optional. We think this is very helpful. Check out our photo showing how the cable connects each piece to the pin and cable.
