Very simple yet robust system & excellent Customer Service Team
I like how easy it is to set up, customize everything for my business needs! There are some things which could be improved but overall very satisfied with this program so far!! Easy integration of Facebook pages too. Highly recommend if anyone wants an all in one solution as opposed customer service software (easy communication between employees/customers), booking calendar appointments via email or text messaging(SMS). I like how easy it is to use, whether at home or in an office setting! It's very intuitive for both new users as well as advanced features such as scheduling of events/conferences etc.. There are some minor bugs here and there but they have been quickly addressed by their team. We've used this software since 2014 without any issues so far - great product with good support if needed!!

- Very simple navigation around different areas within system; no confusion about where you should go next once inside.
- Great client portal area see what has come through your inbox while away from desk easily accessible
- Email notifications automatically sent upon incoming emails &/or texts received during work hours / remote access enabled when out sick
