Fantastic Software For Facility Management!!!

I love how easy to use it is, so many features! There isn't anything really not liked right now as far as this software goes.. just some minor bugs or issues here and there but nothing too serious to keep me from using all its capabilities for my business needs/visitors! Very satisfied with VisitorPlus overall. So much information in one place so simple when needed, scheduling of events etc are very organized through this site. I like how easy it is to use, there are many features but not so…

  • Its organization ability keeps things orderly especially considering that we receive several groups per day coming thru doors..keeping records straight has always been an issue before utilizing visitor plus but since im more comfortable knowing exactly where each group was assigned during certain periods throughout various times..its helped tremendously

Very simple yet robust system & excellent Customer Service Team

I like how easy it is to set up, customize everything for my business needs! There are some things which could be improved but overall very satisfied with this program so far!! Easy integration of Facebook pages too. Highly recommend if anyone wants an all in one solution as opposed customer service software (easy communication between employees/customers), booking calendar appointments via email or text messaging(SMS). I like how easy it is to use, whether at home or in an office setting…

  • Very simple navigation around different areas within system; no confusion about where you should go next once inside.
  • Great client portal area see what has come through your inbox while away from desk easily accessible
  • Email notifications automatically sent upon incoming emails &/or texts received during work hours / remote access enabled when out sick

Great customer service! Tackled problems we were having with our other program!

I like how easy it is to use, especially when managing multiple sites at once! It's also very simple for new visitors or employees who are not familiar with our software but still need help using their first few screens. We've been able solve some issues we were having regarding site navigation by switching over from another program (we used an older version of this). Definitely give them all options - they have different features available depending on what type/size business you run. There…

Easy way find out more about your customers

Friendly customer service team, good price/quality ratio for add-ons (ease of use), ability to customize as much or little as desired depending upon our needs is an enormous benefit when compared with other similar products in this space. It's been difficult at times keeping track of all information related to each guest who comes through my door - what they do while there, how long it takes them etc. Being able to access those details from another location has saved me time but would be nice…
