Friendly customer service team, good price/quality ratio for add-ons (ease of use), ability to customize as much or little as desired depending upon our needs is an enormous benefit when compared with other similar products in this space. It's been difficult at times keeping track of all information related to each guest who comes through my door - what they do while there, how long it takes them etc. Being able to access those details from another location has saved me time but would be nice if I could integrate into Outlook Calendar so we can see everything together!
