Good temperature gauge ready for panel mounting. I connected the temperature gauge to the lambda power supply with a clamp that brings out the red and black wires. The external sensor is extended, which is on a shielded pair of wires coming from the circuit board. Wire length 14 inches. No smoke when 12V is on. The display becomes active immediately. The temperature is measured to the nearest tenth of a degree. No problem, easy to use and a great addition to your project. Especially since new computers with a graphics card get pretty hot, this is a good way to stay ahead of anything you're monitoring overheating. I didn't check the range to check the maximum. You can see that the display is quite large and easy to read. I would buy this again!
