I'm a programmer and I've spent a lot of time getting this to work. If I can't get this combination of hardware and software to work properly, good luck to everyone else. Basically, the system (not sure if it's hardware, software, or a combination of both) randomly truncates the first part of the recording, so you can't create a recording that starts over. The problem is that this problem only occurs with full-length recordings. If you do a quick test input, you'll believe it's working properly. One reviewer said it cuts 2 minutes. Well I tried 10 different entries and none of them cut like the previous one even if the length of the entry was the same. I tried this package on a Windows 10 desktop and a clean, freshly installed Windows 7 laptop and the virus checker or security system didn't work at all. It does the same for both. I don't care about the cost and won't be going back, but I want to credit this company for the time I spent getting this up and running.
