These are simple ovulation test strips. They are very basic but include small test cups. I have enough trouble not urinating on my hands when using a regular plastic drinking cup, so I'll use my own larger cups. Make sure you read the instructions before use. The instructions aren't bad, but these test strips are easier to get wrong than some of the fancier testing options. However, they work if done correctly. They had a shelf life of 1 year 4 months. from receiving. They say to store between 36 and 86 degrees F so I would consider the weather before ordering. Once you learn how to use them, they become a good affordable option. I would buy them again.
