Great addition to my pan set

I really like this wok. I had some difficulties trying to cure the pan so I went online and followed the instructions. Heats up really fast. i like the cover Even if it's a bit difficult.

  • USE AND CARE: Before using a new wok for the first time, remove all packaging, wash pan in warm water, DO NOT USE SOAP. DRY THOROUGHLY AND IMMEDIATELY, then apply a thin coat of vegetable oil or cooking spray to the hob. The wok must be completely dry before adding any spices. It is recommended to heat the wok over low heat until completely dry, then lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil and dry with a paper towel before using or storing.
