Throw away that nasty sponge
Great washcloths! Get rid of that nasty old smelly sponge and buy a pack of these silicone scrapers. They have two different textures on the sides and are perfect for dipping into glasses and other odd shaped areas. Very durable. I've only used one and it shows no signs of wear and I hand wash the dishes daily after deciding to put away our dishwasher. I highly recommend taking some of these.
