We use them to guard the bar. We switched to digital radio which is good but hard to hear because of the noise. We bought them to test and wanted to go back and buy branded ones but they are fine. It should be noted that they pick up a lot more background noise than well-known brands. We've learned that the key is to cover the microphone with your hand a bit when speaking, and that helps solve this problem. For the price I can handle it! We had one out of 10 that was DOA but the rest were fine.
