Although this company had the best and most empathetic customer service! What really deserves 5 stars! 2nd previous review! So, to date, the device has decided to stop producing fog! I serviced this unit every week. Started using distilled water after owning it for a week. By the way, it worked great and improved my family's health. Now it doesn't work and it suddenly stopped after January 31st, the return date, and I'm completely unsure about the warranty of this product. I am very disappointed and feel cheated. Previous Review: This guy looks great but it's not just about looks it's about functionality. This is my first day of use and I have poured tap water which I will convert to cold boiled water so maintenance will not be an issue later. Although it is better to use distilled water. In any case, everything works as it should. I love the handy refill canister and how you can detach and reinsert the tank. All functions are very simple and the remote control is super cool! I absolutely love this thing haha (the epitome of my laziness). The only negative I have is that I would like the owner's manual to have a diagram of how the individual parts were like the transducer and water tank because I'm not sure what they are.
