They offer good comfortable compression and most importantly for me they are NOT loaded with antibacterial chemicals which irritate my skin. I have a pair of compression stockings from another brand and I couldn't figure out why I had to take them off after a few hours. I'm glad I checked out Doc Millers and spent the extra money on it. The material they use is much more comfortable and appears to be of higher quality. If I forget to put them on I can really appreciate how effective they are. After a few hours, my calves start to hurt with a precursor to varicose veins that I no longer want. It's a painful reminder to wear when I have to sit in front of a computer for long hours. I've bought three pairs so far and will probably buy more.
