1 bulb burnt out in a week

Good heat and light but one of the two bulbs ordered burned out within a week of use. I'm not sure if the second one will do the same since it was just pasted. UPDATE: Both bulbs in the 2 pack blew out within a week of use. I bought 4 lamps in total, so not exactly thrilled.
