Bought this rug as a kitchen rug rather than an anti-fatigue rug. Although I sometimes stand at the sink for minutes, I also move a lot in the kitchen. To make it non-fatiguing, they had to give it some height. Pointed edges prevent you from tripping, but when you move forward or backward you will feel the difference. One of the product images shows it standing in front of the stove - great if you stir the pot for a long time. But if you need to go to the fridge or sink, you'll notice a step. Seems solid, non-slip, easy to clean, great if you're at your desk all day but takes a little getting used to when moving around the kitchen.
