I bought these baking sheets to bake on holiday this year and am very pleased. They are larger than other "standard" baking sheets, allowing for a large amount of batter to be placed on the sheet. My cookies baked very well and the textured surface made the cookies slide out of the mold easily. They are quite heavy, seem to be made out of very good metal, so I expect they will last me for many years to come. The only downside is that I hand wash all the sheets, they are quite large and therefore a little awkward to clean, but that's a small price to pay for such exceptional pans.
