I bought these mainly for the travel size chopsticks. I use reusable utensils whenever possible and often buy fruit cups at work. They have disposable chopsticks as they also sell sushi but I felt guilty using them all the time when I could bring my own. (I find it easier to eat chopped fruits and veggies with chopsticks because with forks, I usually bite down on the fork after encountering a chunk of melon or cucumber—much like Sideshow Bob walking through a yard full of rakes.) anyway, d was worried about the quality based on the reviews but everything worked out fine. No, cutlery is not expensive, but everything is as it should be. I had no problems; the knife isn't for cutting tough meat, but I don't usually have tough meat at work; the spoon is slightly sharp but does not cut the edges of the mouth like plastic spoons sometimes do; a fork is a fork; and the sticks are great.
