Revainrating 5 out of 5

High quality product - worth every dollar

On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate this product a 6 or 7 for functional design, flexibility and adaptability. It consists of three parts: (1) attachment to a treadmill, exercise bike, or other fitness equipment, (2) neck, and (3) equipment mount. (1) The lure consists of a lobster claw-like element. It conformed well to the round handlebars and flat, square surface of my treadmill and was secured with a pinch bolt and a large wrench. (2) The neck has a lower and upper circular spherical joint in a shallow depression that works in the same way as the hip and shoulder. Together they provide 360-degree left and right rotation, forward and backward movement, and up and down tilting of the device's display. Once in position, both are well secured with turnbuckles and wrenches that are easy to adjust. (3) The device holder comes with a set of small, medium and large retaining clips that slide in and out. They are suitable for devices of all sizes such as smartphones, laptops or iPads. In fact, I dare say that with the bottom clip protruding 1.5 inches horizontally, you could probably securely hold a light, thin laptop or flat screen TV with a little care. This product costs around $60, which is about 2-3 times more than other competing brands, although it's worth the price in terms of versatility, especially since you won't be buying one of these every month. It will most likely last you a lifetime. Far from the time when it's time to ditch that old, rarely used piece of sports equipment!
