The system's stability has been improved since it was first deployed, as well as its interface that makes things easy to use by anyone of any experience level at all! There are still some issues here or there (as with everything in life!), but not many big ones. It took me about 45 min total from signing up until being able to access training modules - nothing huge. But I guess you can always make improvements if needed, especially after implementing/training staffs who don't know how best to do their jobs correctly :) As one example, sometimes we'd just need clarification where exactly certain items were within our process flow so they could be completed efficiently by newbies if necessary without needing help form an experienced user. Or what methods other than eLearning/interactive trainings should also perhaps now be included in this programmatic way instead of manual? For instance. It's easy to use, flexible enough but most importantly simple! I like that it allows customization of templates with our own branding at no extra cost (if you have your logo). We were able create custom workflows using this software which has been very helpful from getting started in making sure we are all aligned as well allowing us time spend focused more effectively than having multiple people creating different versions or emails out separately etc..
