I like that it's easy to use, has all of our tools in one place (such as MS Project). The interface could be more intuitive - we had trouble figuring out how some things worked at first! It would also help if you have someone who can train us through using this software since there are many functions/tools they may not know about or understand fully yet themselves. The system's stability has been improved since it was first deployed, as well as its interface that makes things easy to use by anyone of any experience level at all! There are still some issues here or there (as with everything in life!), but not many big ones. It took me about 45 min total from signing up until being able to access training modules - nothing huge.
