I have a small MinPin. Before I bought this IRIS pillow holder, despite trying to use the puppy pillow, it often skipped which was a big mess. Not only was it a mess when he missed the handler, but a mess when he actually used the puppy pad! Because the puppy mat lay directly on the floor, urine often seeped through and onto the floor. These puppy mat holders are a really good investment and very easy to use. The holder comes with two clips on each side, you simply unclip those clips, place the puppy pillow on the bottom and then reattach the top with the clips. Pros: These holders are large. (25.5 x 18.9 x 1.75 inches high). I like that they are raised off the floor so urine doesn't spill on the floor. The clasp keeps the puppy mat secure. They are very easy to clean. I just wipe them off with paper towels. Cons/Improvements Raising the sides a little higher would be a huge improvement. I read some reviews that didn't have good reviews for this holder. It seems to me that some of these issues are related to poor quality puppy mats and not the owner itself. I have never had a problem with my dog getting the puppy mat. All you have to do is align it and fasten it securely. They worked so well for me that I even bought two. I've found that there are a lot fewer accidents with my pup now because he actually has these puppy crates and not just a puppy mat on the floor. I would definitely recommend her.
