I enjoyed being able use my own phone for calls, texts etc instead of having someone else's number in front me all day long! And it was so easy to make changes or call back when needed - no waiting days before you could get hold again with your travel agent who would then have another busy schedule at work!! The only thing is that sometimes there were issues where we couldn't hear each other clearly as our phones weren’t close enough together but this isn” t something i can complain about too much because they are working hard (and getting better!) every single week towards solving these problems :) If anyone has any questions please do ask them via their website/app which will give an immediate response from one person rather than taking hours if not longer trying through more people until finally reaching out to customer services themselves.
They really want what best interests us travellers need- great.
