As you can see in the photo, the stem on the handlebars has a T-shaped cross-section. My 2004 Highlander pen has a "D" shaped hole so it didn't work. There is a great video on YT on how to fix your control box if you can desolder and solder 3 wires. This kit can work if you want to cut the base off the T stem. I did a solder repair and sent this kit back. 4 stars if it fits your Highlander, looks like it should work and the replacement bulbs are easy to install. 1 star because it's quite expensive for what it is.
