Fits well. Cover feels nice and a little stiffer than Apple cover. Case part is softer and a little looser, but the fit is good. The Apple cover kind of snaps on, but this is a little more rubbery. It does not make use of the magnet hinge. The cover and case are connected permanently and the case is held on solely by form fit.While it doesn’t have magnet hinge, the cover has magnets so it turns on by opening cover. The cover has magnets to fold back on itself to make a stand. Those magnets could stand to be a little more magnetty. It sometimes pops open if you move the iPad on a table or touch it. One star off for that.Overall, a good value.
