Not quite a perfect set. When I bought this I couldn't see the wheel very well and wrongly assumed it had gearing. It's not like this. This sounds normal at first glance, but jagged works much better with tracing paper. I don't know why others have problems with the pen, but mine didn't dry out. My guess is that it hasn't really dried up completely but has been declining and should settle to the top.
