Review on ๐Ÿšด Stay Hydrated on the Go with the Polar Bottle Sport Insulated Water Bottle - BPA-Free, Squeeze Bottle with Handle for Sports and Biking by Matthew Burnett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good water bottle for the price

I bought 20 oz. Water bottle like 24 oz. I was too long to fit in the cage on my bike's seat tube without chafing my leg while pedaling. I thought it was built the same as its older brother (white on the inside with dimples), but it was - and that's okay. I read some other reviews about the 20 ounce leak. bottle so I filled it up, turned it upside down and shook the bottle to see if there were any leaks. Luckily, some reviewers had no leaks or an offending odor. I use 20 ounces. in a seat tube cage and 24 oz. in the downtube cage. I stuff them with as much ice as possible before evening SE TX rides that last up to 3 hours. Towards the end of my travels I still have at least cool water which is a win. You will never compete with metal insulated beverage containers that cost a lot more than a water bottle. However, most people wouldn't want to use a metal water bottle with a metal cage (scratch), and a metal bottle can be awkward to use with one hand while riding. They are very suitable for this situation because they can fall without wrinkling.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
