Lots of useful ports but charging issues PD

This will add all the ports I want my tablet to have. passport fee. The second works but still doesn't support the super fast charging that my charger and tablet are capable of. I don't know if the 60w support statement is correct for this adapter as I'm trying 45w and might get 18w.
