Here's what I wrote to Vega: I've been buying your Vega One Unsweetened Flavor for over a year now, mainly through Revain, and after opening the last pack I have to say I won't be going back. "Great New Taste" is just awful! Has only the organic version changed or are all products affected by this change? Come on Vega, I stayed with you throughout the Consumer Reports post about your products containing unacceptable levels of heavy metals and arsenic (which I have yet to find out). see your company's answer btw), but this change in flavor is downright pathetic. I can see from the Revain reviews that I'm not the only one who finds the "great new flavor" distasteful. As other reviewers have pointed out, the new flavor is beyond words awful and totally worth a joke. I will never understand why companies feel the need to fix what isn't broke. why oh why Now I'm stuck with a $50 can of Vega, and if my coffee and banana topping can't mask the flavor, I don't know what can. Thanks for ruining my light breakfast. Please bring back the original formula!
