Ironman 70.3 for shoes

I am training for my second triathlon, Ironman 70.3. I wanted a shoe that would provide cushioning and support without being too heavy for fast work. This shoe has great balance in almost everything. This shoe doesn't necessarily specialize in just one area, but shows its strengths in versatility. This gives you the lightweight and responsive needs for speed work and the support and cushioning you need for long runs. Can other shoes beat the Ghost in each of these categories? Yes, but no other shoe can give you the ability to excel on every type of run you use. I would recommend this shoe over its heavier Glycerin 17 counterpart as the extra weight isn't worth the extra cushioning for most runners. This shoe is great for whatever level of running you want to use. If you don't aim for extreme distances (ultramarathons) or speed (short sprints), this shoe is for you. Possible improvements: - Style. It's not a huge complaint, but I added some different colored laces to add some style to these shoes. Overall great design.
