I don't like that you have to play a guessing game to find the right fit. Make sure you buy 1/2 to 1 size larger than your usual US size. The only reason it gets 4.75 stars! I have flat feet so I threw in the bones and got a whole size up. The arch of the foot wasn't an issue with flat feet, but the toe box was a little oversized. It's not the shoes, I have strange foot demands. The sole feels a little stiff, but it also feels like I could walk across the tundra in them. They are built like tanks. I tried the memory foam insert but it was too big in the shoe itself and pinched the top of my foot against the tongue and laces. I also read in the comments that they didn't really have any noticeable ventilation in the summer months. I'm glad I mainly use them in winter. They are warm to the touch but are not the advertised quality/selling point. On the surface, they're pretty darn durable and stylish for a lightweight, entry-level hiker with more looks.
