I think it's just headlights, I don't see a headlight.
I bought two 21 inch bar lights and installed them on the top and bottom of my grill bar. I think they're bright, but I've only noticed the added spread of the floodlight, not the increase in apparent distance compared to my high beams. I can't even see the hotspot when pointing at a wall 30 feet away. I'm a bit disappointed with it, but I like the price and the build quality doesn't feel cheap. I liked the aluminum mounting brackets so I didn't have to worry about rusting. The paint on the hardware was so bad I repainted it just in case. fail, I will invest more money in real spot/floor bar light.
