Takes up less counter space; just a snap to add water with a new pitcher-shaped water tank; I would like to have 3 personalized settings that everyone can adjust to their liking, especially the heat setting for those of us who use too much runny cream that tends to chill the coffee; and I love that it turns off immediately when the coffee is ready! My big Keurig was fine and I wanted to leave it upstairs for that quick morning cuppa. Spring. I love this one so much I will be buying another one for the bottom tier!
