I enjoy making pearl rings for friends and family. Sometimes I'm not sure if it fits, so I have to find out what size they wear. Having this gauge really helps. WHAT IS IT FOR? This is a set of rings that fit over a very thick wire ring that closes well. There are whole and half sizes. The rings are quite small and rounded, they are not stripes. There is also a ring size, which is a plastic that looks like a zip tie. You put it on your finger and it measures accurately. Then there is a cleaning cloth PERFORMANCE This kit is exactly what I wanted. I just have people I want to custom make rings into the right ring and then have them for reference when I flare the rings. I can also use plastic tape to measure the circumference if I need it to bead before making a ring shape out of it. It works well and I'm happy with it. MY RATING FIVE STARS.
