This is a great option when you need an extra layer on a cold day. This gives extra warmth without overheating just as quickly as long waffle-style underwear. We'll see how long they last, but they're certainly comfortable and fit well under clothes. I'm 6'1", 210 lbs and size XL is perfect for me. Fitted enough not to bunch up but not too tight either. The pants are a bit longer but the sleeves are the perfect length for my arms 33 -34". My 14 year old son borrowed mine for the orchestra on a cold game night and the XL's were a bit loose but worked. He liked them so much we ordered him a set and went with a large. He is about 5ft 7" tall, 120lbs and that fits him. If they wear out prematurely I'll try to update the review but they seem to be of decent quality of materials and stitching.
