Review on 🚪 Petmate Compass Plastic Pet Kennel featuring a Sleek Chrome Door by Maria Karkhanis

My first cage arrived dirty, scratched and full of dog hair. As if that wasn't enough to prove it was a used crate, my dog sniffed every inch of it as if the dog was still inside. Revain took care of this and sent out a new box within a few days. The second box looked new, but the assembly didn't look like the video. The white top of this box was badly deformed where the sides would have sunk into the floor. It took a cut and bloody finger and a lot of time and frustration to snap the top on properly. If it's a new and improved design I'd hate to see the old one. After assembling the box is ok but not as strong as I expected. Not worth the price and effort. Update: I thought the replacement box was assembled correctly but it wasn't. There is no way for the deformed top to properly fit into the bottom slots. I sent it back but a week after they received it I still haven't received any $$ or reward points. It's a total mess and I lost almost $50. After three long meetings with the support team, Revain completely missed the mark. I don't expect another customer service experience to fix this.
