These socks were not as great as the ones I have gotten from another leading brand for this type of super-warm-many-layer-feeling socks, but the value was incredible - I'm pretty fine with the socks being SLIGHTLY not as good at keeping me warm, when I get six pairs for the price of like two pairs in the other brand. This makes having warm feet more affordable.Be aware it adds a lot of bulk to the foot, but the bulk can be compressed pretty well, in my experience - My feet still fit in all of my shoes, the thick socks were just pressed very tightly against my foot.
